Benefit Dinner and Play for Donna and Chloe Whaley
Doors Open at 5:30 Dinner and Show Begin at 6:00

Join the Grace Point Players in an evening of dinner, laughter and giving as they present a play to benefit Donna and Chloe Whaley of Wetumpka. The night's events will include a served dinner graciously provided by Hog Rock Cafe, and a hillarious performance of “Murder, Mayhem & Marshmallows.”The play is the story of a Church potluck supper gone bad. After someone's marshmallow salad comes up missing it is also found that someone has keeled over dead. Who did this deed? Was it the drama queen? The far-out-there teenager? How about the unemployed pastor? You will have to be there to find out. The play will be performed at Grace Point Community Church in Wetumpka, Alabama.

The Whaley family, members of Grace Point Church, were involved in a car accident on April 3rd while on their way to an Easter egg hunt in Auburn. The tragic accident caused the death of Austin Whaley, age 8. His sister, Chloe, age 4, was airlifted to the Children's Hospital in Birmingham suffering from multiple injuries. Donna Whaley, the mother, also suffered multiple injuries and was hospitalized in Montgomery for several weeks. Since her release, Donna has been by Chloe's side in Birmingham. Chloe is making progress and each improvement is a blessing. It is hoped that this play will be able to raise enough money to help the family financially through this tough time.

Dinner provided by Hog Rock Cafe (Poppyseed Chicken) and entertainment included for your donation of $10 or more per person.
